"Eat less from a box and more from the earth" ⁠

When we eat processed foods, meaning anything that is not in it's whole state, we receive less nutrients from that food. Less nutrients from our food mean, more deficiencies, less energy and ultimately more sickness. ⁠
But it is also very important not to be overly stressed about eating perfectly because the stress in and of itself can make fatigue and pain worse. So here is a great way to eat less from a box and more from the earth:⁠

1. Eat processed foods in moderation and always try to include some whole plant based foods at every meal. Preferably 2/3 or your plate.⁠


2. Try to get at least one whole meal a day that is completely plant based in it's most natural state as possible.


End result: I promise you will start to feel and see the difference in your bodies fast!⁠ You will also naturally burn off more of what you eat.⁠
