EASE INTO EXERCISING AND PREPARE YOUR BODY TO ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS
What is it?
My Jump Start Program is great place to begin if you are new to exercising or have not done so in a long time due to low energy and or chronic pain. This short, gentle program will help you get started on your journey to look and feel better by exercising safely using the Cocolime Fitness method. Here you’ll ease into moving more again through some fantastic stretching and gentle bodyweight toning routines!
Because I understand that every day our energy levels can be very different, there are options for you to choose a lighter routine on those more tired days where we will be doing the toning work. Remember to go slow and listen to your body!
Repeat this program as many times as you like until you feel ready for more. At this point you’ll have a great foundation to start CLF TV or MITFIT 90. Enjoy the journey!
The Workouts
You’ll have access to 13 unique workouts that you can do over and over again. I recommend you follow the 7 day progression a few times through. After that pick and choose as you please. Some days have a normal energy workout and a low energy one. Depending how you’re feeling that day, you can choose the one that’s best for you. Here are a few samples of what you’ll be doing:
