Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding
(Low Histamine, Low Fat, Vegan, Fruit Free, Refined Sugar Free, Nut Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients
1 cup low fat coconut milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A small pinch sea salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add to a jar and place in the fridge until set. Top with whatever toppings you prefer. Enjoy.
