Dragon Fruit Blueberry Smoothie Bowl by Cocolime Fitness

Anti-Inflammatory - Liver Cleansing - Low Fat - Vegan - Nut Free - Soy Free - Gluten Free - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a dragon fruit peeled and chopped. (If you don’t have dragon fruit use blackberries)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • A handful of frozen grapes

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • A tiny pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup low fat coconut milk

  • Blueberries 

Directions:

Add all the fruit except for the blueberries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick. Place into a bowl and top with blueberries and any other fruit you prefer. Add spinach or other greens to the smoothie bowl if you desire. Enjoy.
