Corn Flake Cranberry Granola / GF SF RSF Oil Free

Corn Flake Cranberry Granola - Gluten Free

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups GF Cornflakes

  • 1 1/2 cups GF Quick Oats

  • 1 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 big handful plain almonds

  • 1 big handful plain pumpkin seeds / or other seed you prefer

  • 1 small handful walnuts

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt / or more to taste

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions: 

  • Heat a 400 degree oven and line two sheet pans with parchment paper

  • Throw all ingredients in a big mixing bowl and stir to mix really well

  • Pour the mixture evenly spread out on to both sheet pans

  • Cook for 10 minutes and toss the mixture so it does not burn

  • Cook for another 5-10 min or until lightly browned.

  • Let the mixture cool well for an hour.

  • Add all of the contents into a sealed container and enjoy.
