Each program is 28-30 days long, but you can take rest days if needed. Just pickup where you left off and take as long as you need to complete the program. I know you’ll get great results! Each program has a description at the top to explain who it’s designed for. Go ahead and get started today.
Programs for Low Energy
FATIGUED - FIT & FABULOUS
This program has been specifically designed to be safe, yet effective, for those dealing with fatigue related health issues. The workouts use exercises that challenge you just enough to make a difference but not so much that you are left exhausted.
Be sure if you are dealing with Chronic Fatigue and or Adrenal Fatigue to go extra slow and only do as many minutes of each workout that feels good for you. For example if a workout is 5 Minutes but it feels too tiring, only complete 2-3 minutes of it and finish it up later that day or the next day when you are feeling more energized. There is no need to finish this program in 30 days. Take as long as you need to complete it - and you should feel much better in no time.
5 MINUTES A DAY CHALLENGE
5 minutes of exercise done every day can make huge changes to your body, trust me you don't need to do a lot. If you are having a hard time getting into or staying in a consistent fitness routine due to low energy or heavy pain this program is definitely where you need to start. All of the routines have been designed to help you get shape in only 5 minutes so you can do them even on those especially rough days.
This program won’t include options for "low energy days" because all of the routines are so short in length, but if a particular routine feels too exhausting for you, feel free to switch it out with any of the other 5 minute stretch workouts instead. 14 DAY KICKSTART
To help you all get off on the right foot using CLF TV I have designed this 14 Day Kickstart plan to gently ease you back into exercising again in a progressive way so that you can be more successful on your fitness journey.

The workouts use exercises that challenge you in just the right amount for you to start to experience changes in how you look and feel without depleting your energy or causing you excess pain afterwards.

10 MINUTE MORNINGS
Too tired to workout every day for 20 or 30 minutes but you still want to get in shape and stay active? This program is for you. You may think 10 minutes every day is not enough to see changes in your body, but when done consistently these short workouts over time add to big results! I designed this plan for myself when I was feeling really fatigued as a way to keep my body active, but what I didn't expect was how different this would make me feel overtime and how many improvements I would see in my body.
So why not view this as a 28 day challenge for yourself and try not to miss a workout. I know that can be hard but just take one day at a time and focus on the process, and before you know it you will not only feel much better but you will even look better as well. Come join me.
SELF CARE REPAIR
This program provides you with a plan of specific workouts uniquely sequenced to help improve your health and well being, particularly during periods of stress and anxiety. It includes mainly bodyweight workouts, gentle stretching and short and gentle cardio routines.
If you feel like you can’t exercise at all on a particular day, please don’t push yourself. Take a rest day or more if you need. When you feel ready just pickup where you left off. Programs for Weight Loss & Strength
TURN UP THE HEAT
This 28 day cardio focused program has been designed to help you burn fat without depleting your energy too much or over-taxing your joints. You will start off doing lighter routines in the beginning of the month and then ramp up to more challenging routines as you progress to the end of the month. Be careful not to be tempted to do more than what is planned for you each day in order to prevent crashing afterwards. Remember to go slow and listen to your body and if you ever feel dizzy or fatigued during a workout, stop, recover and come back later when you are feeling better. Have fun!
FULL BODY - STRENGTH & TONE
If you are feeling a bit better and want to increase your muscle mass & strength without fear of crashing, this program is for you! Your workouts in this month will focus on challenging you through resistance training to help you quickly get the tight and toned body you desire without pushing you too hard or requiring you to lift heavy weights. Go at your own pace but try to be as consistent as possible and you will see big changes by the end of your 30 days, I guarantee it!
MISSION SLIMPOSSIBLE

TANK TOP ARMS
This 28 day program is designed to help you tighten and tone your upper body really fast without causing unnecessary strain on your neck and upper back. If you want tank top arms do this entire program in order, however try to avoid the temptation to do more than is laid out for you each day, to avoid overtraining the muscles and causing burn out. If you do not have a booty band or free weights you can always do the workouts with water bottles and a towel. Enjoy!
TRIM & TONED LEGS
This 28 day program is designed to help you shape and sculpt your legs and bum without having to lift heavy weights or do painful exercises. It’s meant to be safe on your knees and joints, however if any move causes you strain or feel wrong to you, be sure to avoid that one for now and choose an alternative exercise that better suits your needs. Don’t worry you’ll still get great results!
Even if you have to miss a day or two, don't stress about it, just jump back into the schedule where you left off and you will still see the changes happening. And if you are a beginner to exercise, avoid using weights that are a bit too heavy. Keep them lighter for now until you feel stronger and ready for more. In no time flat you will be on your way to getting more trim and toned legs. Enjoy!
TIGHT & TONED ABS
If you want to trim down your waist and lose those love handles this program is definitely for you! All of the workouts are gentle enough not to spike the "belly fat" hormone, cortisol too much, while also getting you great results in a very short amount of time. Just be sure to stick to the program exactly as it is laid out and try not to push yourself to do a workout on days your feel very fatigued.
