My favorite standing exercises safe for Fibromyalgia and Fatigue

If you want an effective, challenging, standing only workout routine because of mobility, pain or energy issues try out some of my favorite gentle exercises below. They increase your heart rate and tone you up without overly stressing out your body or spiking cortisol too much. They are safe for Fibromyalgia sufferers and those dealing with light Chronic Fatigue and Adrenal Fatigue. For a complete workout do all of the following exercises in order 1-2 times through. Go ahead give them a try see how much better you can look and feel in no time flat! Enjoy.


1. Lunge pulses with one arm reaches up and over.

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 second

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 second


2. Plie pulses with heel lifts and airplane arm extensions. 

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds


3. Knee crunches with straight arm swings in front (palms facing up). 

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds


4. Straight leg kickbacks with tricep extensions (free weights are optional). 

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds


5. Squat with heel lifts and upright rows (free weights are optional). 

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds.

Do 12 repetitions down and up, next hold on the last repetition down for 12 seconds.
