Reese’s Peanut Butter Balls

Raw Vegan - Soy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free

Time to make: 5 min prep time - 30 minutes set time

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick gluten free oats

  • 2/3 cup raw peanut butter (I make my own in my Vita Mix with just peanuts and salt)

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla

  • a pinch of sea salt to taste

  • 1/2 cup gluten free soy free chocolate chips

Directions:

Add all of the above ingredients in bowl and mix to combine. Next place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Form dough into balls and place on the paper. Place in the refrigerator for 30 min. Enjoy!
